Substitute/Cancellation Policy Please note no refunds are available for table bookings or individual places. Should individual guests on your table be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place. Similarly, substitutions can be made for individual seats, at no extra charge. Please notify us by email at: rachael.barham@emap.com with the name and job title of both the registered guest and the replacement guest. All funds must be cleared prior to the event, or we reserve the right to refuse admittance. If paying by cheque please make payable to EMAP Ltd and please ensure that the total amount includes VAT at 20%. Your booking is provisional until payment is cleared, and you have received a confirmation email of your booking from us.
